Machine frames, VMC guarding & motor covers

Infitra fabricates machine frames, bases, guards, doors and covers to machine-builder drawings and agreed production requirements. The scope is fabricated components and assemblies—not a complete machining centre. Structural accuracy, machining interfaces, chip/coolant containment and safety interfaces are reviewed with the machine manufacturer before approval.

Removable covers with access, clearance, airflow, cable entry and safe guarding openings defined for the equipment.

Machine bases & fabricated structures

Weldment specification, material, machine interfaces, machining allowance, flatness and inspection agreed against drawings.

Platforms, walkways & lifting-gantry structures

Access platforms and gantry fabrication require their own load/design brief, support checks and approved engineering documentation.

Send OEM drawings, interfaces and tolerances, material/thickness, quantity, door travel, coolant/chip exposure, maintenance access, finish and inspection requirements.

Review the application and site; agree drawings, materials and scope; manufacture and inspect; coordinate delivery and any installation included in the order.

North India and wider Pan-India supply, installation and handover are agreed by project scope and site readiness.

Procurement questions

Does a machine cover automatically meet machine safety requirements?

No. The OEM or responsible designer must review guarding distances, impact-resistant viewing panels, access and interlocks for the machine risk assessment.

Do you supply a complete VMC machine?

This catalogue covers frames, enclosures, doors, guards and fabricated assemblies. Machine equipment, controls and commissioning are separate unless expressly included.
