SPECIAL-PURPOSE VEHICLE BODIES

Tanker and special bodies.
Defined by the application.

Custom fabrication evaluated for water, non-hazardous liquids and specialist vehicle requirements, with compliance scope established before manufacture.

Stainless steel tanker body concept on commercial vehicle chassis
Conceptual product configuration; final body follows the approved chassis data and technical scope.
ENGINEERED BODY BUILDING

Designed against chassis data and operating duty.

Final dimensions, material specifications, body weight, load distribution, joints, access and finish are agreed from the customer requirement and approved chassis information.

Truck bodies and trailers must satisfy the applicable CMVR, AIS-093, OEM and registering-authority requirements. Required design approval, testing and documentation responsibilities are confirmed before production.

AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS

Purpose-built for the transport application.

01

Water & Utility Tankers

Tank and support structures considered for defined non-hazardous service requirements.

02

Stainless-Steel Tank Bodies

Fabricated shells, saddles, access and guarding developed to an approved manufacturing package.

03

Special-Purpose Bodies

Application-specific platforms, service bodies and mobile equipment structures.

04

Controlled Scope

Fuel, chemical or hazardous-goods tankers require separate statutory design, material, testing and approval confirmation before acceptance.

3D ENGINEERING & PRODUCTION DRAWINGS

Visualise, review and release before fabrication.

Our engineering workflow can include SolidWorks 3D parts and assemblies, manufacturing drawings and bills of materials according to the agreed project scope.

3D CAD development

Body framing, panels, doors, flooring and accessories modelled around the approved chassis and packaging envelope.

Fit & clearance review

Interfaces, loading access, wheel and cabin clearances, hardware positions and service access reviewed before drawing release.

Load-path review

Preliminary weight distribution, structural load paths and reinforcement zones assessed from declared payload and duty inputs.

Controlled release

Approved drawings, revision status and bill of materials guide cutting, forming, welding, assembly and inspection.

Software supports engineering judgement; final construction follows approved project inputs, applicable vehicle requirements and the agreed validation scope.
